“ We lived in Temecula about 10 years ago, and never stopped by this restaurant. My mother in law, Maria, recommended it because she stopped by after visiting our family one morning. Said it was the best breakfast she had in a while. My husband is not a breakfast person, so we never made it in before moving out to San Diego. Now we are back out here, looking for a home. Before heading home this past weekend decide to take our little one to the Original Pancake House. Our 6 year old started randomly crying before we ordered, as 6 year old girls sometimes do. Our waitress, Kim, noticed immediately and prevented a meltdown by bringing out fresh strawberries with whipped cream for our little one. She was happy for the rest of breakfast, and we greatly appreciated Kim’s kindness. For breakfast we shared potato pancakes with fresh sour cream, biscuits and gravy, corn beef hash with eggs, and pigs in a blanket (from the children’s menu). Everything was absolutely delicious! I should have confirmed while I was there, but everything tasted like it was prepared fresh in the restaurant. My daughter devoured the pigs in the blanket, and she is a picky eater. My husband ate everything, and he is not a breakfast person. We all left satisfied. We look forward to to visiting again. ”

“ Loved this breakfast spot. Came here for breakfast as a party of 3. The wait was about 15-20 mins. We ordered the ham and cheese omelet, western omelet, and the 49er flapjacks. Everything was good. The omelets do take a little longer to come out because they make them in the oven but they are huge. I would say each omelet has at least 5 eggs. Will come back to try other items. ”
